Limited Warranty

Nasha warrants to the original purchaser that the Nasha product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Nasha does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This warranty applies only to authentic Nasha products and does not cover products manufactured by other brands.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

• A Warranty Claim must be requested and submitted on nashavape.com within 30 days from the purchase date shown on the receipt.
• To request a Warranty Claim, complete the Warranty Claim form available on the website.
• Nasha may require proof of purchase and/or product verification before warranty service is approved.
• Multiple forms of proof may be required (example: receipt and confirmation of purchased items).

Exclusions and Limitations

• Damage caused by acts of nature (lightning, floods, tornadoes, etc.).
• Negligence or improper handling.
• Commercial or unintended use.
• Unauthorized modifications to any part of the product.
• Damage caused by use with non-Nasha products or accessories.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
• Damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses described by Nasha.
• Damage caused by service performed by anyone not authorized by Nasha.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the length of this Limited Warranty.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Nasha shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
